These terms cover use of the Ray marketing site and proof-of-concept product surfaces. They are a plain-language draft for the PoC — not a final consumer contract.
What Ray provides in this PoC
Software and demos for a tourist wallet flow: phone OTP, passport KYC queue, sample agent directory, FX quotes with headline spread, ledger-backed balances, card lifecycle stubs or sandbox, and a staff ops console. Features may be incomplete, stubbed, or illustrative.
Not banking advice / no licence claims
Nothing on this site states that Ray holds a banking licence, is supervised by a named regulator, or has a signed partner bank. Until those exist as fact, do not treat Ray as a regulated consumer bank product.
Sample agents and illustrative rates
Baghdad and Mashhad agents shown publicly are sample PoC agents. Rates and spreads in demos are configuration or illustrative — not a published commercial fee schedule.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access to /ops or APIs, abuse OTP endpoints, submit other people’s identity documents, or use the PoC to commit fraud. Staff tools are for authorized operators only.
No warranty
The PoC is provided as-is. Balances, notifications, and card behaviour may reflect sandbox processors or fake notifiers. Do not rely on it for real travel funds until a production launch is explicitly declared.
