Distribution is physical. Public copy only lists cities where a contracted agent actually sits. For this PoC we show two sample agents — not a national franchise and not live production coverage.
Primary launch pool: Arabic-speaking travellers funding before departure. Sample PoC agent “Ahmed” appears in the demo directory with WhatsApp handoff. Meeting point, hours, and photo are directory fields — replace with contracted people before public launch.
Pilgrimage and arrival top-ups. Sample PoC agent “Fatima” is seeded for demos. Same rule: list only when a real contracted agent sits there.
Product requirements name Tehran alongside Mashhad for the first handful of agents. Until a contracted agent is in place, Tehran is not presented as available coverage on this site.
Coverage theatre without contracted people is how trust dies. If a city is not here, we do not have a public agent there yet. WhatsApp remains the handoff channel in the PoC.
